1. About Puff Stuff

This website is operated by Puff Stuff Donuts, located in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Puff Stuff Donuts.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

2. Products and availability

Our donuts are handmade in small batches. Flavours, quantities, pickup dates, and availability may change.

Product photographs are provided for reference. Because each donut is handmade, its appearance, filling placement, colour, and size may vary slightly.

We may limit quantities or decline an order when a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order. When payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and the full order total will be shown before checkout.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order-confirmation email.

4. Pickup

Puff Stuff orders are available for pickup at:

Quartz Café & Bakery
9027 Quartz Road, Whitehorse, Yukon

Pickup is available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the date selected during checkout.

Quartz Café & Bakery closes at 3:00 p.m., so customers are responsible for collecting their orders before closing. Please ask the café staff for your Puff Stuff order using the name entered at checkout.

Our donuts are made fresh for each pickup day. For the best quality, we strongly recommend collecting and enjoying them on the same day.

5. Cancellations, missed pickups and refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the selected pickup date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be non-refundable because ingredients and production have already been scheduled.

Orders not collected by 3:00 p.m. on the selected pickup day are considered missed pickups and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen where common allergens are handled. Products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut.

Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

7. Order information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact information, pickup information, and other checkout details.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order information. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun.

8. Food quality and storage

Donuts are perishable and are intended to be enjoyed fresh. Once an order has been collected, the customer is responsible for appropriate transportation, storage, and handling.

9. Website use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

10. Intellectual property

The Puff Stuff name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, website design, and original content belong to Puff Stuff Donuts unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

Our website and payments are supported by third-party providers, including Shopify and payment processors. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puff Stuff Donuts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed pickup, improper storage after collection, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version displayed on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
