Pickup Only

Puff Stuff Donuts does not currently offer shipping, local delivery, or courier delivery. All online orders must be collected in person on the pickup date selected during checkout.

Orders are available for pickup at:

Quartz Café & Bakery
9027 Quartz Road
Whitehorse, Yukon

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on your selected pickup day.

Quartz Café & Bakery closes at 3:00 p.m., so all orders must be collected before closing.

Selecting Your Pickup Date

Available pickup dates are shown during checkout. Please review your selected date carefully before completing your order.

Your pickup date and order details will also appear in your confirmation email.

Collecting Your Order

When you arrive at Quartz Café & Bakery, please ask the café staff for your Puff Stuff order using the name provided during checkout.

You may be asked to show your order-confirmation email.

Freshness

Our donuts are made fresh for each pickup day. For the best flavour, softness, and overall Puff Stuff experience, we strongly recommend collecting and enjoying your donuts on the same day they are made.

Missed Pickups

Orders that are not collected by 3:00 p.m. on the selected pickup day are considered missed pickups.

Because our donuts are freshly made and perishable, missed pickup orders are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or transfer to another date, except where required by applicable law.

Changes to Your Pickup Date

To request a change to your pickup date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pickup-date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed once ingredients and production have been scheduled. Requests made less than 48 hours before pickup may not be accepted.

Incorrect Orders or Quality Concerns

Please check your order when you collect it. If something is missing, incorrect, or there is a quality concern, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs when applicable.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled according to our Return and Cancellation Policy.
