Refund policy

Because Puff Stuff donuts are made fresh for each pickup day and are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the selected pickup date. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable because ingredients and production have already been scheduled.

Please collect your order from Quartz Café & Bakery between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on your selected pickup day. Quartz Café closes at 3:00 p.m. Orders that are not collected by closing time are considered missed pickups and are non-refundable.

If your order is incorrect or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours and include your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
